  • Big Bend Vista is just 7.5 miles from the park entrance — about a 10-minute drive. Guests love that we’re one of the closest vacation rentals to Big Bend, making it easy to explore top hikes in the Chisos Mountains during the day and return to peaceful desert views at night.

  • Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM (CST) and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need special arrangements, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

    21 days or more before arrival date — 100% refund ($30 cancellation fee per room applies)

  • Our rates can vary depending on casita and the time of year. The advantage of booking directly from our site is you’re just paying for the room and a one-time cleaning fee (no extra OTA fees).

  • Yes! We provide high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the casita. While cell service in Terlingua can be limited, Wi-Fi calling works great once connected.

  • Yes — Big Bend Vista is a pet-friendly hotel-style casita in Terlingua. We welcome dogs, but ask that you let us know in advance and follow our pet policy so the space stays comfortable for all guests. A small pet fee of $80 will be applied to your reservation, and the casita can host one dog per stay.

    Important: Failure to disclose a pet in your reservation can result in a $200 fine.

    For everyone’s comfort, please keep pets off the furniture, clean up outdoors, and avoid leaving your dog unattended inside the casita.
